What perks do I get if I use Paylah/Paynow to check out instead of credit card?
You get 1:1 USD to SGD exchange rates if you make payment by Paylah or Paynow!
(So if an item is listed as USD 10, you pay SGD 10 instead!)

Help! I accidentally used a credit card/Paypal to pay! What can you do for me?
Please contact me on instagram (@purringcatco), and let me know your order/transaction number and email etc. I'll most likely refund you 90% of the total amount + give you extra freebies to make up for the last 10%!
(Please don't cancel your transaction! It seems like if I issue you a refund, shopify won't refund me any transaction fees! D:)

Singpost normal mail is $0.50, free for orders above $10

PACKAGES
Note that ALL PRICES WILL BE IN USD if you pay via credit card/Paypal! (e.g., USD 1.50 instead of SGD 1.50 for normal mail)
Singpost tracked mail is $2. (It's free for orders above $100)
Tracked mail (Qxpress) is $4.50

There isn't a shipping option for Smartpac at checkout, but it can actually also be arranged (please DM me on Instagram or Whatsapp me)!
Smartpac tracked mail is $2.20
(They deliver to your mailbox, so your whole order must be able to fit within 6.5cm)

How long will shipping take?
SINGPOST (NORMAL MAIL/SMARTPAC)
1-5 working days
(Most of the time, it's 1-2 working days).
QXPRESS TRACKED MAIL
1-2 working days (their working day includes Sat) after they pick up from my place.
If you require the delivery to be during the weekend, I can arrange the pickup later, on a Thurs/Fri, so the likelihood that they will deliver on Sat is higher.
Can I upgrade to tracked shipping?
Yep, of course! :)
QXPRESS
Just select the Qxpress tracked mail option (+$4.50) at checkout!
It's +$3 if your order is above $50! :)
Unfortunately, I am unable to waive the full amount for tracked mail (as it's extra hassle to declare online and I'll need to commit a day for pickup).
SMARTPAC
Smartpac tracked mail (+$3.20/ +$1.70 for orders above $50) can actually also be arranged, but it depends on what you're ordering. (They deliver to your mailbox, so your order must be able to fit within 6.5cm)

How will my items be packed/mailed?
STICKERS
All die-cut stickers and sticker sheets will be packed and sealed in a plastic bag to prevent any water damage.
There will be a cardboard backing to prevent bending (it might be repurposed cardboard from Meiji biscuit boxes, or fresh cardboard).
The plastic bag + cardboard will be packed in a manila envelope and mailed to you via normal mail.
PACKAGES
Small items like washi tape, keychains and earrings will be packed and sealed in a plastic bag (together with any of your stickers).
Orders above ~$50 will be generally be packed in a box, unless you're getting apparel (tote bags and aprons)
They will then be sealed in a plastic polymailer and mailed to you via normal mail.
BAGS & APPAREL
Totebags, hats, aprons and T-shirts will be packed and sealed in a plastic polymailer.
Can I get a return/refund?
RETURNS
Generally, all sales made over this website are final. However, local returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please DM us on instagram (@purringcatco) if you have any questions or concerns regarding this, thanks!
REFUNDS
We take pride in packing our products safely and securely, so the chances of a product arriving damaged is fairly low. However, if you believe that you have received a damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us via DM on instagram (we're @purringcatco there) and we will see what we can do for you!
Can I pick up my item at a future booth?
Yes, you definitely can! (Thanks in advance for going green!) Just let me know by leaving me a message at checkout (or DM me on instagram with the name/email you used to check out)!
Will you ship my preorders/backorders separately?
No, all preorders & backorders will be shipped together with anything else you have ordered with it!
This means that your other items will be delayed in being sent to you! I will only mail out the orders after all preorders are available to ship! (If you have 2 items on preorder/backorder, I will ship them together only after both of them are available.)
If you want to receive your other items first, please place preorders & backorders separately from the items that are in stock, thanks!
