I will get in touch with you, confirm your final amount (including shipping, or without shipping costs if you're combining 2 orders etc), and create a listing for you over at Etsy. Please head over to make your actual payment via our Etsy website.

Etsy will calculate any VAT/taxes and charge the correct full amount with taxes at checkout.

We won't be of much help if you face any problems with paying import taxes, and if the parcel gets rejected and sent back to Singapore, please note that we will not be able to refund you for shipping. Redelivery fees will also have to be borne by you :/

Msia: Normal mail starts from USD 2.50

Shipping for bulkier/heavier items like earrings, keychains, bags etc will be charged by weight steps. The final amount for shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Do note that you WILL NEED TO PAY FOR VAT/TAXES separately at a later date if you order from this website instead of Etsy.

Based on past experience, delivery usually takes 1-2 months via normal mail/registered mail.

We currently do not have enough data for Qxpress tracked delivery to give delivery estimates! We'll update this section when we have more data!

Yes! You can upgrade to registered mail (limited tracking - will show that it has arrived at your country but may not have further updates) or Qxpress tracked delivery! Just select that option at checkout! Prices are calculated automatically based on the weight of the product.

Bags & Apparel are shipped via Qxpress tracked delivery by default.

STICKERS

All die-cut stickers and sticker sheets will be packed and sealed in a plastic bag to prevent any water damage.

There will be a cardboard backing to prevent bending (it might be repurposed cardboard from Meiji biscuit boxes, or fresh cardboard).

The plastic bag + cardboard will be packed in a manila envelope and mailed to you via normal mail.

OTHER SMALL ITEMS

Small items like washi tape, keychains and earrings will be packed and sealed in a plastic bag (together with any of your stickers).

Orders above ~$50 will generally be packed in a box, unless they're all apparel (T-shirts, aprons etc).

They will then be sealed in a plastic polymailer.

BAGS & APPAREL

All bags and apparel will be packed and sealed in a plastic polymailer, and sent to you via TRACKED MAIL.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, due to the expensive nature of international shipping, we are unable to process any returns. Please be very sure of what you're ordering before you place your order!

REFUNDS

We take pride in packing our products safely and securely, so the chances of a product arriving damaged is fairly low. However, if you believe that you have received a damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us via DM on instagram (we're @purringcatco there) and we will see what we can do for you!

(FOR ORDERS WITH ONLY STICKERS, it's cheaper if you make payment over this website than on Etsy - you save on shipping/listing fees, and I send them via normal mail, which somehow doesn't require VAT at Singpost.)

For packages, please follow the following steps or read the infographic, unless you want to risk having your package rejected at customs due to unpaid VAT :(

1. Please add the items you want to your cart on this website.

2. At checkout, remember to SELECT "PAY AT ETSY" (and not the credit card or Paypal options).

3. Remember to leave a message at checkout with your ETSY USERNAME too!

4. I'll process your order within 12h (unless there is very high order volume) and create a listing for you on Etsy and send you the link.

5. You can make payment over at Etsy (do note that the final total may be higher as there will most likely be VAT fees on top of what was quoted to you over here on this website!)

Please note that I will release your order if you do not make payment within 24h from when I send you the link to the Etsy listing!

I can combine both shipments together to cut down on shipping costs.

If you were charged extra for shipping, I can refund you for the extra shipping cost, either via shop credit for this website (like a gift card) or via Etsy (up to the amount charged for shipping over there)!

Unfortunately, I usually have pop-up booth events in Singapore, so the answer is no.

No, all preorders & backorders will be shipped together with anything else you have ordered with it!

This means that your other items will be delayed in being sent to you! I will only mail out the orders after all preorders are available to ship! (If you have 2 items on preorder/backorder, I will ship them together only after both of them are available.)

If you want to receive your other items first, please place preorders/backorders separately from the items that are in stock, thanks!
