Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer returns & exchanges for International orders.

We may offer returns & exchanges for local orders (for T-shirts, on a case-by-case basis), but do note that any additional charges for shipping will be borne by you!

Can I cancel my order/get a refund?

Please note that all website sales are final.

We kindly ask you not to cancel your order, especially if you have used a credit card/Paypal at checkout. (Shopify doesn't appear to refund us transaction costs, even if we refund you the full amount :/)

If you are facing special circumstances and would really like to cancel, please reach out to us first over instagram (@purringcatco) and we'll see what we can do for you!

We take pride in packing our products safely and securely, so the chances of a product arriving damaged is fairly low. However, if you believe that you have received a damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us via DM on instagram (we're @purringcatco there) and we will see what we can do for you!

How will my items be packed/mailed?

In general, everything will go into a plastic bag at some point in the packing process to prevent water damage.

I do try to be environmentally friendly though, so I may sometimes use cardboard from meiji biscuit boxes. Please leave a note at checkout if you prefer new/unmarked cardboard for your order.

Repurposed bubble wrap (from my other online purchases) may be used when packing keychains/earrings/fragile items.

If you want to go fully green and omit ALL plastic packaging, please also leave a note at checkout. I will try to use repurposed paper for everything. Please note that if your item is damaged, I will be unable to offer you a refund!

Can I pick up my item at a future booth (local/SG only)?

Yes, you definitely can! (Thanks in advance for going green!) Just let me know by leaving me a message at checkout (or DM me on instagram with the name/email you used to check out)!

You will get BOOTH RATES if you use Paylah/Paynow to make payment for the items (You can place your order using the website first, and I will recalculate the final cost for you.)

If you can't make it to the booth in the end, the items will be at the prices on this website (I'll recalculate the extra costs for you after the booth event.)

Will you ship my preorders/backorders separately?

No, all preorders & backorders will be shipped together with anything else you have ordered with it!

This means that your other items will be delayed in being sent to you! I will only mail out the orders after all preorders are available to ship! (If you have 2 items on preorder/backorder, I will ship them together only after both of them are available.)

If you want to receive your other items first, please place preorders/backorders separately from the items that are in stock, thanks!

(INTL) How do I order here BUT make payment over at Etsy?

(FOR ORDERS WITH ONLY STICKERS, it's cheaper if you make payment over this website than on Etsy - you'll save on shipping, and we will ship them via normal mail, which somehow doesn't require VAT at Singpost.)

For packages, please read the infographic or follow these steps to make payment at Etsy (unless you're ok with the risk that your package may be rejected at customs due to unpaid VAT):

1. Please add the items you want to your cart on this website.

2. At checkout, remember to SELECT "PAY AT ETSY" (and not the credit card or Paypal options).

3. Remember to leave a message at checkout with your ETSY USERNAME

4. We'll process your order within 12h (unless there is very high order volume) and create a listing for you on Etsy and send you the link.

5. You can make payment over at Etsy (do note that the final total may be higher as there will most likely be VAT fees on top of what was quoted to you over here on this website!) There might also be some minor discrepancies due to currency exchange rates.

Please note that we will release your order if you do not make payment within 24h from when we send you the link to the Etsy listing!

(INTL) Can I combine an order I made over on Etsy with the one I just made on your website?

Sure, of course! :)

Please let me know your Etsy username! (Or if you have placed an order here, and will place an order over on Etsy soon, please leave a message over at Etsy with the order number/transaction number/email you used here!)

I can combine both shipments together to cut down on shipping costs.

If you were charged extra for shipping, I can refund you for the extra shipping cost, either via shop credit for this website (like a gift card) or via Etsy (up to the amount charged for shipping over there)!

Help! My keychain seems to be peeling at the back!

Ahhh no worries! That's most likely the protective film! I leave them on the back to prevent scratches during shipping and delivery!

You can just peel it off to reveal a shiny acrylic surface!

For all apparel, HAND WASH + LINE DRY away from the sun is recommended.

(Though we've been machine washing + tumbling dry our T-shirt with no issues! Do note that the print will most likely fade faster than if you hand wash + line dry your T-shirt!)
